The MVUAS committee is focused on improving the socio-economic condition of Metro Vancouver's Aboriginal community by partnering with community organizations, the non-profit sector, the private sector and the various levels of government.
Members of the committee discuss issues of mutual concern, identify priority areas and strategic plans for action and monitor and evaluate progress of the overall UAS. See the full Terms of Reference for the MVUAS Steering Committee revised in October 2008 in our Resources page.
